DJs will keep the beats alive all night in the Studio Amaro Basement Bar and at Firebird, while Studio Amaro and Tokyo Tina serve up specials alongside their a la carte menus.

Tokyo Tina

Tokyo Tina serves its signature dishes alongside three set menu options: Classic All In ($66pp), Standard All In ($76pp), and Super All In ($86pp).

Firebird’s a la carte menus is available for those that wish to choose their own journey.

Live DJ: George Hysteric sets the mood in the dining room from 7 PM – 11 PM.

What’s Cooking:
Start with Beef Tartare on Tempura Betel Leaf and Duck Spring Rolls, then dive into shareable mains like Wood Roasted Flounder or Fire Roasted Duck. Wrap it up with desserts like Mango Marshmallow and Charred Pineapple Panna Cotta.

The Menu:
Start with Kingfish Bites and Pacific Oysters, move to Duck Floss Egg Noodles, and indulge in Spiced Lamb Rump. Finish strong with Pandan Cheesecake.

Our Sourdough Focaccia is bottomless, meaning you can eat as much of this fluffy, oil-kissed goodness your heart desires. Pair it with Eggplant Caponata, Whipped Ricotta with Lemon Oil, or our Rigatoni Arrabbiata.

Settle in with our unlimited Friulano or Refosco house wines, Prosecco or Aperol Spritz. For those who like to play it safe, our Sour Cherry Mocktail and St Ali Coffee are just as satisfying - and also unlimited.

Hanoi Hannah is dishing up its well anticipated lunch menu from 12-3.30pm every Saturday & Sunday.

For $66pp, you’ll dive into Hanoi Hannah classics and exclusive dishes like chicken & prawn wontons, lime & pepper squid and fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. dessert add ons are on offer for those craving a tasty treat.

For the 2 hour seating, enjoy free flowing booze including wine, beer and lychee spritz. alternatives include mocktails and soft drinks to sip.

All reservations are for a two-hour duration, with the last seating available at 2.30 PM.

Every Saturday & Sunday, lunchtime diners can expect a set menu for $49 per person. You choose two snacks picked from a selection of New Quarter favourites, including; fresh oysters, banh mi finger, grilled corn tartlet, mushroom. Followed by your choice of unlimited noodles, which include;

Cha ca market fish, nuoc mam, vermicelli
Shaken beef vermicelli noodle, tomato, thai basil
Black bean rice noodle, mushroom, crispy bean curd
Duck floss egg noodle, tamarind, white pepper

It’s time to brush up on your bingo! Tina’s Bingo Academy is hosted every Saturday lunch over two sittings: 12:00pm & 2:15pm.

All bookings must dine on our $55pp food only menu or our $79pp bottomless booze & food menu. This includes bingo hosted by outrageously fabulous talent - Valerie Hex, 4 dishes for the table from our brunch menu, plus complimentary kimchi rice and edamame!

Every Saturday and Sunday, Moonhouse offers its Yum Cha Unlimited, a set menu of twelve shared dishes for $59pp, with an optional 2-hour unlimited drinks for $29pp.

Menu items vary and include favourites such as chicken and prawn wontons, crispy kale fried rice and roast duck pancake. Pescatarian, gluten free, vegan & children’s Yum Cha menus also available upon request.

Available every Saturday and Sunday for lunch, from 12:00pm.

The Endless lunch is a set menu spread with includes unlimited oysters and frites for $59 per person. Add endless booze for an extra $39 per person which includes house beers, Veuve D’Argent Blanc De Blancs and Passiona Spritz.

Please note, a 10% surcharge applies on weekends. The Endless Lunch and endless booze set menu, is available over a 90 minute sitting.
