20% BONUS Promotion - Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
This promotion is valid until 31st December 2024. Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for the additional value offer.
2. EligibilitY
This promotion is open to all customers who:
Purchase a gift voucher via our website at https://www.communegroup.com.au/gifts during the Promotion Period.
Are at least 18 years of age.
Make a minimum purchase of $50 to qualify for the 20% extra value.
Employees of Commune Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Details
Customers purchasing gift vouchers during the Promotion Period will receive 20% additional value on the total voucher amount. For example:
Purchase a $100 voucher, receive $120 in total value.
Purchase a $200 voucher, receive $240 in total value.
Minimum spend of $50*, available in $50 increments up to $1000.
This additional value applies to all voucher denominations available on https://www.communegroup.com.au/gifts.
Vouchers are valid for 36 months from 1st January 2025.
Bonus Voucher Delivery:
The bonus voucher will be sent to the customer within 3-5 business days following the original voucher purchase.
4. Voucher Usage
Vouchers are redeemable only at all Commune venues including Hanoi Hannah (Vol II & Express Lane), Firebird, Tokyo Tina, Studio Amaro, Moonhouse, and New Quarter.
Vouchers, including the additional 20% value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
No credit or change will be given for unused amounts.
5. Returns & Refunds
Vouchers purchased during this Promotion are non-refundable.
The additional 20% value will be forfeited if a refund is requested for the original voucher purchase.
6. Stock Availability
The availability of vouchers and their denominations are subject to stock and capacity. Commune Group reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers sold per customer during the Promotion.
7. Changes and Cancellation
Commune Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of system errors, abuse, or force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel any voucher purchases and refund the original purchase price.
8. Limitation of Liability
Commune Group will not be held liable for:
Any damages, losses, or inability to redeem vouchers due to system issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Misuse of vouchers by unauthorized individuals or third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. All participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
